Please join us for an outdoor guided meditation & sound bath at my home in Edina, Minnesota.
We will begin with a guided meditation to ground and completely calm the body and mind, followed by the soothing sounds of chimes, drums, sound bowls and voice.
A sound bath is a beautiful way to just BE. Nothing to do but show up and be held in a safe space and allow your body, mind, and nervous system to just completely relax.
*space is limited to 10.
*participants will have the opportunity to shop directly after the Sound bath experience at 10:30 am and will receive a $20 credit towards any purchase.
*please bring a yoga mat + anything you need to make your experience more comfortable. (ie, a blanket, cushion, block, etc)
